If Mineheart ran the world, we would decree that everyone should have at least one gold cushion in their home. A gold cushion is certainly something we should all aspire to!

And this design is a breathtaking one. One of three sepia and black toned designer cushions in our collection, the trio are based on the artwork of Joao Figueiredo. Flamboyant Vanitas is perhaps one of the most intriguing examples of this talented Portuguese artist’s work.

It features an androgynous figure regarding an upturned skull. Their expression is hard to decipher and will keep you coming back for another look. The image is enclosed in an ornate frame and swathed in black. The artwork is exquisite and the effect is mesmerising.
